The Trafalgar Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, house located in Sabot Place, Ocean Reef, a quiet suburban street, close to shops, schools and beach, 30 minute drive north of Perth city. There is a 3 month minimum stay on this house. The house is totally self-contained and equiped.
The house can be split into 2 houses, see floor plan:
- The Nelson Lodge is a 3 bedroom (1 open to living area), 1 bathroom relocation house. This is suitable for 7 adults and a baby.
- The Bermuda Suite is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with kitchenette, relocation apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and a baby.
Sleeps up to: 10 people ; 2 queen size beds; 1 double bed with a single bunk above; 2 single beds (in an open but separate area); fold out futon bed; 2 portable cots and 2 highchairs are available at no extra charge.
Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen; washing machine; TV; DVD player; air-conditioning in living area and master bedroom, witth fans in some bedrooms and living area; house catches the afternoon sea breeze; gas heating; double garage with secure parking for 2 cars; fenced pool in garden; sea view.
The house is in a quiet residential street a short walk from shops and the bus stop.

- Buses travel along Venturi Drive a 2 minute walk from the house.
- Edgewater City Train Station is a 5 minute drive.

- Ocean Reef Boat Harbour – take the children fishing.

- Local shops, Chinese restaurant, bottle shop, Fish & Chips, pies.

- Beachfront cycle paths and walkways that meander for 22 kilometres alongside the beach and past the boat ramps towards Hillary’s, Scarborough and Fremantle.Take a picnic or bbq to one of the many parks along the coast.
