The Nelson Lodge is one half of the Trafalgar Retreat house, comprising of 3 bedrooms (1 open to living area), 1 bathroom and a huge living area. This home is located in a quiet suburban street, close to shops, schools and beach. Locked doors connect this half with the 1 bedroom Bermuda Suite, see floor plan.There is a 3 month minimum stay on this house. This Perth house is totally self-contained and equiped.

Sleeps up to: 7 people; 1 queen size bed; 1 double bed with a single bunk above; 2 single beds (in an open but separate area);  1 portable cot and 1 highchair are available at no extra charge.

Facilities:  Fully equipped kitchen; washing machine; TV; DVD player; air-conditioning in living area and fans in master bedroom and living area; house catches the afternoon sea breeze;  gas heating; double garage with secure parking for 2 cars; fenced pool in garden shared with the Bermuda Suite; sea view.

The house is in a quiet residential street a short walk from shops and the bus stop.

• Edgewater City Train Station is a 5 minute drive.

• Mullaloo Beach – safe, sandy beach with very little swell.

• Beachfront cycle paths and walkways that meander for 22 kilometres alongside the beach and past the boat ramps towards Hillary’s, Scarborough and Fremantle.Take a picnic or bbq to one of the many parks along the coast.
