Hi, I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation for the service rendered to my family and me by yourself and your staffs. You apartment was superb and it catered to all my family needs. Apart from the minor hiccups with the water heater, I am impressed that your guys fixed it promptly and we were having a nice warm shower when we got back from sightseeing. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and families to your apartment in the future.
