Full payment, by Visa or Mastercard, is required to confirm a booking. This is because we do not have a reception and cannot take payment on arrival. This also keeps our costs down, allowing us to offer dicounted rates.
A security bond will be authorised on your credit card, shortly before you arrive. This is not charged to the card, but is held (reserved) on the account, in case we need to add additional charges, due to damage or failure to comply with Terms and Conditions. This is standard hotel procedure. Additional charges are very rarely needed.
Ask about our discounts for Cash Payment on arrival. Credit Card is required to pay a 20% bond, with the balance due on arrival. Normal No Show/Cancellation poilcy applies.
Details on how to pick up the keys, and the exact address of the apartment, will be sent to you when you have booked.
