Reward Points

Travel Agents will receive five Reward Points for each night booked at a Duke’s Apartment through http://www.dukesapartments.com/ web site or a direct booking, and reported to us via email. Reward Points are awarded for realised bookings only. Your earned Reward Points for the reported booking will be automatically posted to your account.

Reward Points can be redeemed for room nights at any Duke’s Apartment, based on the room rates listed in the table below, availability and standard reservations policies.

Rules for Redemption of Reward Points

1. Travel Agent must register for the Reward Point program, through the registration form on the Duke’s Apartment web site.
2. Travel Agent identification is required when booking your Reward Point Redemption.
3. Reward Points can be redeemed for room nights at any Duke’s Apartment, or affiliated property, based on Reward Point Redemption Rates, as shown below, and are subject to standard reservations policies.
4. Reward Point Redemption Rates are shown on the Duke’s Apartment web site and are subject to change.
5. A valid credit card number is required prior to check-in for a refundable bond of $150 (AUD). This will be refunded after you check out.
6. Food, liquor, tips and any other charges must be paid in cash or by approved valid credit card at checkout.
7. Complimentary nights are non-transferable.
8. Complimentary nights are not redeemable for cash.
9. Reward Points have no cash value.
10. Complimentary nights cannot be sold for monetary value.
11. Complimentary nights must be redeemed as a consecutive nights stay.
12. Complimentary nights cannot be extended in the event of an early check-out and any unused balance cannot be reissued.
13. Complimentary nights are valid for apartment with maximum allowed occupancy apartment based on type of unit.
14. Complimentary nights cannot be used with any discount, package, or special rate program.
15. Complimentary nights are based on availability and no specific room category, apartment or house can be guaranteed.
16. Reservations must be made in advance and cannot be booked more than 30 days prior to arrival.
17. Cancellations must be received ten days prior to scheduled arrival date. Complimentary nights are void if guest fails to check-in on scheduled arrival date.
18. Reservations are subject to Duke’s Apartments standard reservation policies.

For example: If you have earned 400 Reward Points, you can use those Reward Points to "buy" 2 nights at the Duchess Suite during the high season.
