The Trafalgar Retreat holiday house is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, holiday house located on the Sunset Coast, in the beach side suburb of Ocean Reef. The holiday house is a 25 minute drive from central Perth. and is close to public transport and shops. The outdoor area has a pool and a gas bar-be-que and outdoor dining setting. This holiday house is great for a family holiday, relocation accommodation,a business trip or even for groups of overseas students. The garden is terraced, with a view, from the patio, over the pool area.
Please note this house does not have air-conditioning but most bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Tourist attractions such as tThe safe, sheltered beach of Mullaloo, and the Ocean Reef Boat Harbour are just a 5 - 10 minute walk away, The shops and public transport are at the top of the road and Hillarys Boat Harbour (Sorrento Quay), Whitford City Shops, Joondalup City, Joondalup Golf Course and Country Club are all only a 5 minute drive away. Some of Western Australia's greatest holiday attractions are within easy reach by driving down the coast road to Scarborough, Cottesloe and Fremantle. The apartment has 1 bedroom and is in a secure, apartment complex with swimming pool and tennis court. The apartment has a balcony with views to city and hills, and provides accommodation for 2 adults. This apartment is ideal for couples or singles for relocation accommodation, or a working stay in Perth. Key Pickup Details:

Keys will be left in a locked box shortly before your expected arrival time.
- After you have booked you will be sent the details on how to pick up the keys from the box.

For security reasons we do not give out these details to anyone except the person booking the apartment.
Booking and Bond Details:
- As we do not maintain a reception we do ask that after booking you phone us with your credit card details so that we can take a “swipe”/ authorization for a security bond. There will be no additional charges to your card, unless the terms and conditions are breached. Please read these before booking.

Car Hire Rentals in Perth
The Duke's Apartments recommend and use M2000 Car Hire when you stay in our Perth apartment accommodation. M2000 have an office just around the corner from our Perth city apartments, an office in Joondalup, close to the Ocean Reef holiday house and an office in Belmont not far from the Czarina Suite apartment accommodation.
